The Sales Coordinator – Mainstream and E-Commerce is responsible for performing sales related duties on a professional level for corporate active as Mainstream and E-Commerce liaison. Works closely with House of Spices management and staff in supporting designated geographic regions of sales.

Essential Functions

- Responsible for Order Entry, Tracking, Shipment Coordination and Invoicing.

- Coordinate with Accounts/Customers to update the information on the customer portals.

- Interact with Customers, Buyers, Sales & Marketing.

- Maintain & update Item Spec Sheet for these accounts. New Item Process Coordination.

- Provide support to sales team for sample shipments and customer service communications.

- Open/Coordinate New E-Commerce Account Opening.

- Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs.

- Coordinate/Manage Marketing Coordinator for Placement of Point of Sale Material at stores.

- Visit clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.

- Generate leads for New Business / Opportunity Development.

- Keep Information on Competition & Competing Brands and update the Management/Supervisor.

- Prepare weekly and monthly reports.

- Regularly Review the Sales Dashboards and other analytic tools.

- Manage and coordinate with Sales Support Team Members in India that are handling the Sales Catalog and day to day Purchase Orders.

- Maintain trackers for Sales Coordination, Marketing projects and coordinate with Sales Team on inventory.
